On the razors edge is where you find yourself all to often in this life, and if your not sharp enough things can and usually do get messy and painful!
So you’ve found granddads old razor, it’s a bit beaten up, rusty and its seen better days, so what now?
Well you could throw it away or you could take this opportunity to start using a straight razor, its better for your skin, better for the environment (no more disposables in the land fill), better for you pocket (have you seen how much a pack of cartridges costs!!) and its got a bit of style to it too!
If you have a razor that you're thinking of restoring send a couple of photos and we can advise you on if it can be restored and how much it will cost. You can then choose from many different types of scale material from exotic hardwoods, bone or horn, then you will need to decide on the shape and style of the scales from traditional to fancy or you can design your own scales, if you can imagine it I can make it! Then pick the collars and pins you’d like to finish off your new (old) razor.
The combinations and possibility’s are almost endless.
